Raw Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
I must admit, getting creative with living foods sometimes means it ends up in the composter because I went too crazy with the garlic, chili pepper, green onion or something else.

And Sometimes... I make something that is so divinely delicious that it’s worth writing about. This soup is one such time. I’m enjoying this soup as I write to you now. It just takes a minute to make and is packed with enzymes, vitamins, minerals, protein and omegas.

Raw Tomato and Red Pepper Soup for 1, multiply as needed.
Put in blender:
1 tomato
1 red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 inch fresh ginger root diced
¼ cup germinated almonds (organic almonds soaked in water for at least 8 hours to remove enzyme inhibitors)
Fresh oregano, leaves from 2 stems
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp cold pressed olive oil
1tsp sea salt
dash black pepper
Add 2-3 inches of structured water to the blender
Blend to desired consistency and enjoy.

This soup can be used as a sauce atop sprouted wild rice for a meal rich in enzymes, vitamins and minerals. To sprout wild rice: Place desired amount of wild rice in bowl and cover with purified water. Rinse every 9-12 hours for 2 or 3 days. When the rice looks sprouted and becomes soft, it's ready. Rinse thoroughly and serve with a living blended sauce like the Tomato and Red Pepper Soup. So good and so simple.

So easy, so healthful, and so environmental.
