Spicy Potato, Red Pepper and Spinach soup

Hi

It’s soup season! People, we are counting on you and your consciousness to help shift our collective consciousness, which craves awakening. We are more connected then perhaps you realize. We are what we eat, and what we eat can shift our consciousness. Eat great, be great, and contribute your greatness to this world. That’s how important you are, and the world needs you to be your best.
Spicy potato, red pepper, spinach soup, only takes 10-15 min to prepare, simmer for 1 hour. Vegan.

Spicy Potato, Red Pepper and Spinach Soup
You will need:
1 yellow onion
1 red pepper
1 cayenne pepper
1 heirloom tomato (big one) or use two
Several red potatoes
1 bunch of spinach
Sea salt, black pepper, thyme, savory, oregano
1 lemon, to juice if too spicy
3 quarts water or vegetable broth
Simply slice, dice and sauté onion, cayenne, red pepper and tomato in about 1 inch of water or vegetable broth for 5 min. Dice potatoes and add them. Then add the rest of the water or broth and seasoning and let simmer for 1 hour. Squeeze lemon and add the spinach very last thing, about 1 min before you serve it. The spinach will cook down quite a bit, so add lots.

That’s it. The cayenne in this will truly help detoxify your system. If you’re making this as part of a cleanse, omit the salt and potatoes because salt apparently stops your body from letting go of toxins. I’d also make it without the potatoes for a lighter meal. Refer to the Cleanse Tonic Green Diet tip for more info on the brilliance of cayenne. I have a cayenne tree. I recommend planting one in your yard. They bloom twice a year, but the peppers last all year. Once they are picked, they become dehydrated and can still be used in smoothies and soups.

A quick note on potatoes: The fact that a potato will sprout (grow eyes) right on your counter top with no water or soil tells me something. This is a strong plant. Other plants need to be cared for just right to sprout and blossom, not a potato. This tells me that potatoes are good for your strength, endurance, and resilience. They are a powerful root vegetable; so to strengthen your root, enjoy potatoes. I think the red ones are bestJ

To Your Health and Beauty!
