Super Living Green Soup


Super Living Green Soup and juices for the SuperNatural you.

When we think of food as medicine, a morning and afternoon fresh juice is a powerful dose for health and happiness, detoxifying you, lightening and brightening you. I am recalling my previous statement about blenders always being better than juicers. I have gained perspective. Yes, blenders include the fiber and provide the whole food nutrition, however there IS a reason why one would want to separate the fiber. Once you are eating lots of fresh raw foods, you are getting plenty of fiber. Juicing allows you to get the powerful phytochemicals, chlorophyll, and other nutrients from the vegetables, without the bulk. We can ingest more of the powerful life building nutrients without getting full. These, what I call, bright nutrients, are what cleanse your every cell, allowing you to be your best version of you. I’m suggesting juicing in addition to blending. Both are great and serve different purposes. The brilliance of juicers is they allow us to reduce the fruits and vegetables down to their medicine, leaving the rest to feed the earth after some time in the composter.

Super Living Green Soup
Put all ingredients through a juicer. Serve in Bowl. If desired, top with sliced avocado and sunflower seeds.

1 bunch Swiss chard
¼ bunch cilantro
2 baby bok choy
1 glove garlic

Juice and enjoy. This is delicious, a very smooth and soothing soup. It will make you prettier! Don’t overdue the garlic, unless everyone around you does it, too.

Super Red Veggie Juice
Put all ingredients through a juicer.

2 beets with greens and stems
½ cucumber
2 lemons with peel
1 ½ inch fresh ginger
2 apples (any kind, I like fuji or pink lady, discard cores)
2 large carrots

The Breakfast Of Champs, juiced version
Put all ingredients through a juicer.

1 bunch spinach
2 apples or pears
1 lemon with peel
1 ½ inch fresh ginger

I’m a big fan of juicing greens. In my experience, most greens get frothy when blended. I’ve found kale is the best dark leafy green to blend and the worst to juice. It blends perfectly, but seems to dry to produce much juice. Swiss chard and spinach are great to juice. If I need a more filling meal or don’t have time to make juice, I might add powdered enzymes to a blended version of these recipes to break it down to be more drinkable. (peel lemon for blended version) I get my powdered enzymes at Tell them The Solutions sent you.

I hope you enjoy these recipes. They are designed to be quick and nutrient-dense. Eat your greens everyday, two or three times a day, if you can. Here are a few ways to get more greens in your diet: a green juice for breakfast or morning snack, green salad or soup for lunch or with lunch or a green juice for an afternoon snack, and a green salad or soup with dinner. Adding this much live nutrients to your diet is adding heaps of life force energy to your body and mind. You can’t help but become" brighter."

I love these products. I never have to use plastic for produce or bulk grains and seeds, and in so doing, I almost never have to buy anything that comes in packaging.
