I had such a good time being interviewed by Cher Till, an extremely fun and lively show host. She has a talk radio show about healthy lifestyles and vegan diets. She is 60, and after some severe health issues, started eating a live foods diet and has never felt better. I learned a lot from speaking to her. It’s so wonderful how we all benefit from each others experiences.

I am SO GRATEFUL for Evolue! This store introduced me to lines like Tata Harper, Arcona and Golden Path Alchemy. I saw a difference in my skin right away, and it feels good to support lines that really care about the people using them.


Recipe Time! These are quick, easy and delicious live food staples. Cranberries are such an amazing purifier. Try this recipe while you still can get fresh cranberries. I made these recipes in my last class, so for those that were there, sorry for the repeat, I wanted everyone to get these simple treats.

FABULOUS Cranberry Orange Relish

12 oz bag of organic raw cranberries

1 orange with peel, sliced

1 Fuji or gala apple

1 ½ Tbsp Raw Honey OR Raw Agave nectar

Cut orange and apple into slices, then halve those slices, leaving peel on the orange. Put all ingredients in food processor with the chop blade and pulse until it becomes like a salsa. That’s it. Serve in a pretty bowl. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.

**People always ask me where they can get their protein. Here is a protein packed lunch or dinner.


Zesty Stuffed Tomatoes (this recipe is for 4, multiply or subtract as needed)

4 large vine ripe organic tomatoes

1 ½ cups raw hulled sunflower seeds

¾ cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 large kale leaf

¼ cup black olives, pitted and sliced

5 fresh basil leaves

2 gloves garlic

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp sea salt

Ideally, the seeds are germinated and dehydrated for this recipe, but can be made without that process.

*Slice the top off the tomatoes, set tops aside, you will place them back on after the tomatoes are stuffed. Using a spoon, spoon out the insides of the tomatoes and put in the food processor. Simply put all ingredients in the food processor with chop tool and pulse until the mixture is well chopped and mixed together.

*Spoon mixture into the hollowed out tomatoes and place the sliced top back on in a slightly slanted way. This is absolutely beautiful, super nutritious, and very easy to prepare. Enjoy.
